Shipments to Domestic (U.S.A.) addresses will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on weight. Any orders under $149 and less than 10lbs will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.99. Most orders over $149 will ship FREE. Some exclusions apply and may include particularly large or heavy items. 

Once an item ships, normal delivery times apply. In most cases this is from 2 to 5 days. There are some instances where shipping may take longer due to the recipients location.  Once the order is shipped an email notification with tracking information will be sent. Certain orders may require additional handling time. If you are in a pinch and need that item STAT---contact us asap. We will do our best to get the item out the door as quickly as possible and can upgrade you to express or overnight delivery (charges will apply).

Drop Shipments

In the event that we do not have stock of an item, we will notify you as soon as possible. In most cases we can have the item drop shipped from our vendor the same day. If this is the case, SoFlo SBK, LLC will fulfill the order and forward tracking information as soon as possible.  Should an item not be in stock with us or our distributors we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a refund or alternative.

Local Delivery (PBIR and Homestead Raceway)

For our local racers and track day riders realizing they are in need of something last minute before a race weekend or track day we can offer track side delivery. Before placing an order online please contact us to make sure the item is in stock. We will arrange to have the item delivered to you track side as early as possible. Gate entry fees may apply.


If you receive your item and it doesn't function properly, fit right or just doesn't meet your expectations we will refund or exchange the item for you no questions asked. All returns/exchanges MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.  This means SoFlo SBK, LLC. must be notified within 30 calendar days of the documented shipper's delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Items failing within a manufacturer's specified warranty agreement will need to be issued an RMA (Return Material Authorization) for return. Please contact SoFlo SBK, LLC should you have an issue with an item outside of the 30 day return policy.  We will either exchange the item ourselves or get the buyer in contact with the proper channels for return with the manufacturer.  

Any item not installed properly or for it's intended use will void any and all expressed or implied warranties.
